Basically prices depend on the size of your order; the more you order the better price you get. You can request estimated price list by phone or e-mail. See Contact Us.

Shipping

• We ship to all 50 states and Canada.
• Shipping cost is not included in the price.
• The shipping charges for the merchandise varies depending on the item, because weight and bulk of different items varies.
• We offer UPS, USPS, FedEx shipping options.
• Your order will be shipped by UPS unless instructed otherwise.

Minimum order requirement
Minimum order of $200.00 is required. Note that we do NOT break the manufacturer boxes. Elly products come 3 pairs per box, Franco Bombana products 5 pairs per box (unless otherwise stated).

Returns
Due to the intimate nature of the product we cannot offer any returns unless its manufacturer's defect. Merchandise must be unworn and in original packaging. Damage due to excessive wear, improper care, or prolonged display will not be considered for credit.

We do NOT accept any returns without prior authorization. Sorry no exceptions.

Back Order
Items not in stock will be back-ordered. Back orders will be canceled if merchandise is not available after 45 days, or at buyers request. This does not include fashion items that are booked in advance.

Our inventory is limited and sell out very fast but we make every effort to avoid any back-orders. Thank you for your understanding.

Color and Texture
Please keep in mind that settings of your monitor may effect on the colors, design patterns and texture of the product you see.
